Terms and Conditions – Aviation Universe

Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") apply to all contracts between Aviation Universe (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) and the customer (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”) concluded via the Seller’s online store.
Any deviating or conflicting terms and conditions of the Customer will not be accepted unless explicitly approved in writing by the Seller.

Contract Conclusion

  1. The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order.
    By clicking the “Buy” or “Place Order” button, the Customer submits a binding order for the items in their cart. The confirmation of receipt follows immediately but does not yet constitute a contract.
    The contract is concluded once Aviation Universe accepts the order via a confirmation email or upon dispatch of the goods.

  2. Aviation Universe reserves the right to reject orders without stating reasons.

Prices and Payment Terms

  1. All prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include the legally applicable VAT.

  2. Customers may pay via credit card, PayPal, or any other payment method offered at checkout.
    Aviation Universe reserves the right to exclude certain payment methods on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping and Delivery

  1. We deliver to Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Germany, Austria, and nearby EU countries.

  2. Standard delivery time is 2–5 business days from order confirmation, unless otherwise stated in the product description.

  3. Aviation Universe is not liable for delivery delays due to force majeure, natural disasters, or events outside its control.

  4. Shipping costs are borne by the Customer and are calculated during the checkout process.

  5. Orders are shipped via Swiss Post, using A-Post.

Returns and Cancellations

  1. Used, opened, damaged, or unclean items cannot be returned. Items that do not meet return conditions will be sent back at the Customer’s expense and risk.

  2. Aviation Universe does not assume responsibility for delivery errors due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the Customer.

  3. Order cancellations cannot be guaranteed due to automated processing. If the package has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

  4. In case of damage claims, we reserve the right to request photographic or written proof. Without valid evidence, we assume no liability.

  5. Discounted or promotional orders are non-returnable.

  6. The Swiss cancellation policy applies to all orders. By purchasing, the Customer agrees to all terms outlined herein.

Warranty and Liability

  1. Warranty is provided according to the Swiss Code of Obligations.

  2. Aviation Universe is not liable for damages unrelated to the product itself, including lost profits or other financial losses.

Data Protection

  1. Customer data necessary for order processing is stored and handled in accordance with Swiss data protection laws.

  2. Customers have the right to request access to, correction, deletion, or restriction of their stored data at any time.

  3. The full Privacy Policy is available on the Aviation Universe website.

Final Provisions

  1. All contracts are governed by the laws of Switzerland. The application of UN or EU sales law is expressly excluded.

  2. If the Customer is a business, legal entity, or special public fund, the place of jurisdiction for all disputes shall be the location of Aviation Universe’s registered office.

  3. Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
